Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey will be the honorary chairman of the tournament, which can seat a maximum of 200 players. Early registration is encouraged and can be done HERE.
BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – The Cape Canaveral Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America Good Deeds Foundation will present the Golf Tournament for Veterans and Military Support at Cocoa Beach Country Club on Saturday 4th December.
The MOAACC Good Deeds Foundation Veterans & Military Support Golf Tournament benefits serving military members, veterans, and the ROTC and JROTC programs in Brevard County.
Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey will be the honorary chairman of the tournament, which can seat a maximum of 200 players.
Early registration is encouraged and can be done HERE.
■ Early arrivals will enjoy coffee, pastries and a Bloody Mary Bar hosted by the Hunker Down Lounge, Cocoa Beach.
■ Kick-off at 7:30 am with a Shot Gun Start at 8:30 am.
■ Awards lunch with $ 1400 in cash and prizes. • 50/50 raffle and raffle prize.
■ The Ranger package includes a raffle, 50/50 draw, Mulligan and “Advance” tickets. Each golfer purchasing this package will receive a stroke on the score of his team.
■ Food and drinks available on the course as well as the ever popular pneumatic cannon. • Players will have the opportunity to win a new Mike Erdman Toyota car.
The MOAACC is leading an effort to organize other veterans services / organizations and companies in the community to ensure that this unique asset remains available to future military officers, military students and military units in the region.
Reaching our youth, as well as veterans in need and active duty units, are the pillars of MOAACC’s GDF programs. Through generous donations, MOAACC is making a big difference in our community.
The Good Deeds Foundation of the Cape Canaveral Chapter of the Association of Military Officers of America was established in 2014 and established as a separate nonprofit the following year.
The Good Deeds Foundation relies on donations from MOAACC members; contributions from local businesses and other community members; and the annual GDF Golf Tournament, to support its many programs benefiting active-duty military personnel, veterans and military-related youth communities in Brevard County.
