Charlamagne the God, host of the popular syndicated radio show The Breakfast Club, did not leave behind his famous meeting with Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden. During a maintenance along with Charlamagne, Biden joked that black voters who don’t vote for him “aren’t black.”

“I’m telling you if you’re having trouble knowing if you’re for me or for Trump, then you’re not black,” Biden told Charlamagne.

Charlamagne said he would not vote for Biden, but would vote for the Democrats because of running mate Kamala Harris.

Charlamagne has previously said he believes it is time to hold the black vote hostage until the candidates come up with a plan that will benefit black people. Biden pulled out his “Raise Every Voice: The Biden Plan for Black AmericaIn July, and Trump, with help from Ice Cube, launched his “Platinum Plan” for Black America in September.

In an interview with CNN’s Don Lemon, Charlamagne said, “Look, I’m voting for Kamala Harris, I’ll tell you without hesitation. I don’t necessarily vote for Joe Biden, I vote for Senator Kamala Harris.

Charlamagne added, “I believe she is an agent of political change, exactly the leader that this country needs to lead us into the future. If it isn’t, I would be wrong. I’m so sick of old white leaders in politics ”

Charlamagne said he was tired of the old white politicians, Fox News reported.

“I cannot speak for all black Americans, black Americans are not monolithic, they only speak for me. But I’m sick of the old white leaders in government, ”Charlamagne said. “Trump wants to make America great again, Biden wants to build better. As a black man, I don’t want to do any of that. We know America has never been great for everyone.

Charlamagne also said he believes Trump’s campaign is doing a better job targeting young black voters than Biden’s.

“As for the black people you see maybe showing their support for Trump, I think it’s because Trump is actually talking to young black voters. He directs advertisements to them. It’s a group that never gets courted, ”he said. “Blacks are not courted as a whole either. But this former Democratic regime talks to old black people and they think everyone in the black community and black families are going to line up. “

Trump is targeting young black men in promotions and marketing and it is working, Charlamagne said.

Listen to GHOGH with Jamarlin Martin | Episode 73: Jamarlin martin Jamarlin explains why this is a multifactorial rebellion versus mere protests against George Floyd. He discusses the Democratic Party’s underhanded relationship with police in cities and states under Dem control, and why Joe Biden is a cop and the Steve Jobs of mass incarceration.

Young black voters see Trump differently from the older population of African Americans, according to polling site FiveThirtyEight.

Polls show that while 35% of black men between the ages of 18 and 29 disagree with Trump’s policies, they like his strong manners and defiance of the political establishment, The New York Post reported.

Harris and Biden don’t agree on everything. During the June debate, Harris slammed the former vice president for bragging about his previous collaboration with Southern Senators James Eastland and Herman Talmadge – both segregationists.

When CNN’s Lemon asked Charlamagne if he thought Biden’s choice of vice president would appeal to African-American voters, he replied, “Absolutely.”
