Patricia Fauvel Obituary (1946 – 02/09/2022) – Manchester, NH
Pat was raised and educated in Lowell, MA until she met Andre, who convinced her to move out and spend the rest of her life with him. Many who knew Pat and André would say they were a perfect match because André brought joy and laughter into her life, and she kept him out of trouble and on track.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Pat will remember a kind, generous and caring woman who was the mother of many. Family was everything to Pat, but she extended her home and love to anyone, whether they were family or not. Her caring nature fueled her CNA career for over 35 years, a career of which she was very proud throughout her life.
Throughout her life Pat loved camping and traveling, whether it was in Vermont, Maine, Canada or just in her RV, she loved getting away with her family. She also had many beloved pets including her dogs Muffin, Nikki, Ariel, Holly and her beloved cat Apollo. André and his children will attest that she was an incredible cook who was always made enough to feed an army, as the memories of her stuffed peppers, baked beans and meat pies won’t be soon forgotten. Above all, Pat loved her family dearly and will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
Pat has now joined his parents in heaven. She is survived by her husband Andre Fauvel Sr.; his daughter Laurie Gouley and her husband Duane; son Mike Desilets and his wife Jenn; son André Fauvel Jr.; grandchildren Jacob, Jared, Casey, Cameron, Makayla, Liam & Lucas; great-grandson Jackson as well as many extended family members and friends.
A memorial gathering for Pat will be held Friday, February 18 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with a service beginning at 10:30 a.m. at Phaneuf Funeral Homes, 243 Hanover St. Manchester, NH. She will be interred at the NH State Veterans Cemetery immediately thereafter.
